This beautifully blooming tree is one of many in Congress Park. I painted this using reference photos from last year, as we’re still waiting for this years blossoms. Spring has yet to arrive for us. What we are getting is another springtime snow storm by the start of next week!! This little gem has brighten my day, reminding me that Spring will be here soon.
