Day 25 of the Thirty Paintings in Thirty Days brings us to a moonlit evening over the marsh. I had lots of fun with the challenge this one presented. It is a composite of two reference images; one of the moon coming up over the marsh, and the other of the marsh, but during the day. I blended the two, and came up with a color palette to depict early evening. I think this piece in order create this unique piece.
