You may remember <a href=\"http:\/\/takeyceart.com\/home\/creative-february\/\" title=\"Creative February\" target=\"_blank\">last year<\/a> I decided to give myself &#8220;the gift of time&#8221; to create art every day for my birthday month. My Birthday Buddy, and fellow artist Kate Edwards joined me as well. The resulting work was featured in an exhibition titled &#8220;EVERYDAY&#8221; at Spring Street Gallery in Saratoga Springs, NY . It was a great experience for me &#8211; Challenging, but rewarding to honor my art in this way. We&#8217;re going for it again with the goal of posting a new work each day for the month of February. <\/p>\n<p>This little still life is the first of the month. Done on Super Bowl Sunday. I was inspired by my &#8220;Color Harmonies&#8221; workshop the day before at Saratoga Arts.
