This is Loughberry Lake in Saratoga Springs. It’s actually a reservoir, so no recreational use is permitted on the lake. Nevertheless, you can still appreciate its beautiful views like this one from Route 50.
I am happy to share some great news with everyone. First, this Saturday, I am participating in the Stockade Villagers’ Outdoor Art Show from 10 – 4 PM. This is my first time doing the show, and I am very excited. I have heard great things about the location, attendance, and participating artists. The Stockade District in Schenectady is beautiful! If you’re in the area, feel free to stop by!
The Fall Schedule is out on the Saratoga Arts web site! You can now register online for a variety of art classes. I’ll be teaching a full-day workshop once a month for September (pastel), October December. The first class is called “Inspired by the Masters: Pastel”. It’s scheduled for 9/21 from 10 – 4 PM and registration costs $70 for members, $80 for non-members. You can register online my clicking this link: Online Registration Form.
